Description:

 

Polymer based TH-TX43 PCM materials being directly moulded cut into different shapes and sizes required. They are the pure thermal management materials and not incorporate with other ingredients, it appears in white slices or pad. The phase change temperature of PCMs slices is preset at 43℃,when it melting, it absorbs large amount(according to how many materials utilized)heat energy in the form of latent heat fusion at the constantly 43 degree Celsius, Vice Versa, it releases the equal amount energy from the immediate environment when freezing.

 

And the TH-TX series PCMs slice possessing safe with non-explosion, non-flammability, non-conducting, low volumetric expansion during phase transition, non-toxic, non-corrosive and eco-friendly derived from nature source, non-oxidation and maintenance free for long service life.These concept is ideal for passive heat sinker applications such as battery cooling, Electronic heat dissipating etc.

 

 

Assembling:

 

1) Please don’t fold or twist the slices as although it has the plastic characteristic but they are pure materials which acting sensitive to temperature without adding next ingredients for flexibility ,and its properties vulnerable to external forces.

2) Using adhesive tape to attach PCMs slices to objects is one of the method of fixture, the idea is trying to get as much as possible contact of surface of PCMs slices and Objects, enable to get optimized heat dissipation effectivity

3) During testing, the PCMs slices will transit the status of hard solid to soft solid in macroscopic when temperature reach at 43℃,means it absorbs heat energy, and when temperature drop 43℃ and below, it will release the stored energy and exchange the heat by covers with the atmosphere, and it returns back to flat surface hard solid status for next phase change cycle, don’t worry and don’t touch to try to smooth.

4) A double fix PCMs slice to covers also can be adopted, PCMs slice not just absorb the heat from its contacting object, but it also absorb heat from its surrounding ambient.
