2, Descriptions
Our Phase change materials with high thermal conductivity by compositing graphite element act as shied of thermal safety management for li-ion battery, they are intelligently to sense and monitor temperature system in real-time, and become soft to absorb overload/overcharged heat energy, and stored the energy when battery cells become cool, the stored energy will released to ambient, the principle simply absorb the surplus heat energy generated by some Li-ion cell undergo errors, of course the temperature of PCMs preset according to specific requirement
Form stable polymer based PCMs for li-ion battery pack is made of dry powder, they are molded and casting into multi-housing for li-ion cells, can be customized into various dimension for different shape of Li-ion cells. they are non-flammable and not corrosive, they can be applicable extensive in the electric power tools, automotives, mobile phone for their thermal management solution.

The orange colored curve is without PCMs introduced, it shows a big fluctuating of temperature from about 82 C to 95 C within approximately 1 hours, and become steady at 85C
The blue curved is with our PCMs integrated, they working quite smoothly,there have no significantly oscillating of temperature, steady remaining at 60C
