2, Descriptions
Passive thermal management technology based on composite phase change materials is used around each lithium-ion battery, absorbing and conducting heat to greatly extend battery life, and prevent fire or damage to the battery. The company's products avoid the need for expensive, complex and inefficient active thermal management systems, thereby replacing pumps, motors and hoses with elegant passive systems that do not consume energy and have no moving parts.
Our company has developed a set of composite phase change materials (PCM-TX) to improve the safety and performance of lithium-ion battery packs. When integrated into a lithium-ion battery pack, the phase change composite (PCM-TX) has four main advantages:
The lithium ion battery in the battery pack is in close contact with our composite phase change material. When the temperature of the battery pack rises, the phase change material spreads the heat evenly throughout the pack, avoiding hot spots and ensuring a uniform temperature. Once the temperature reaches the melting point of PCM, the melting process will absorb all other heat energy instead of continuing to increase the temperature.
Even if the PCM is "melting", the composite material itself remains solid even at extremely high temperatures without leakage. By choosing different base materials, we can control the maximum temperature in each package to ensure the best performance.

See below Figure, one of our clients tested our phase change module cell for their electric power tool, and this report generated to demonstrate that with our phase change material inbuilt, the temperature system is under well and intelligently controlled without fluctuation, phase change material capture and store the waste heat, although it is the passive process but the system temperature is undergo positively regulating with significantly high efficiency
