2, Descriptions

 

Phase change interface material thermal sheet is form stable in macroscopic and with no-mess thixotropic feature keep phase change materials from flowing out of the interface, the microscopic liquid phase flowing PCMs bounded by polymer carrier firmly, they can be the ideal substitution for the grease interface between electronic device and heat sink, they are with high thermal performance, ie, high thermal conductivity(Graphite incorporation) and low thermal resistance(they soften and flowing to spread and fill the interface surface it contacts, minimizing the thermal resistance).

Due to the gradual change in viscosity (softening), migration (pump out) is minimised. They provide superior surface wetting, minimum bondline thickness and actively expel entrapped air.
