5G phone is hot, and it is really hot inside, with high power consumption and high frequency handled by chips, it generate huge heat energy which could not able to exchange with ambient or removed, and the heat accumulated by time, although not so hot to ignite the phone, but it brings the burning sensation in your pockets, that is the 5G phone heat problem block its way of being faster.

Our heat dissipation phase change material can address this heat problem, our polymer based PCMs thermal material incorporating with the conventional thin cooper foil, significantly increased the heat dissipation effectiveness by adopting our novel PCMs, our PCMs are graphite composite material with high thermal conductivity, It absorbs large heat energy from the heat source, and transfer to ambient later after, with our PCMs, the thickness of cooper foil can be reduced to minimum, thus save the precious space of mobile phone and reduce the data hurts by thick cooper.
