2, Descriptions
Cross-linking crystalline polymer Phase change Material of our TX-PCMs.
The phase change principle of this cross-linking crystalline polymer PCMs is the process of soft phase change media such as PEG from crystalline solid state to amorphous solid state.
PEG has a regular chain structure and is easy to crystallize and the latent heat of phase change can reach 187j/g. It has typical phase change material characteristics. It is commonly used as a phase change medium for crystalline polymer PCMs.By using this material, the phase change temperature can be controlled and adjusted by the relative molecular weight.
Cross-linked crystalline polymer PCMs use PEG as the soft segment with good crystallinity and MDI and PETA as the hard segment to synthesize solid to solid PCMs with cross-linked polyurethane structure.
Polymer-based PCMs with below the advantages:
