2,Description
 
Insulinsafe refrigerated phase change cooler cup made of three layers of premium SS304 material, outer layer is SS304 One-piece integrated housing with high quality blue painting or white painting, outer layer also adopted high vacuum insulation technology to lock the temperature with high effectiveness, the middle layer with phase change cooling material(PCMs) which can absorb or release cold/heat energy and store within, the preset melting/freezing temperature is 18°C,thanks to the high latent heat capacity PCMs,our testing showed that the insulin cooler cup internal temperature can keep at 18-20°C lasting for 72Hours under the ambient temperature at 35°C,the inner layer adopted laser welding process with excellent sealing bring along safety which keep from any risk of leakage to get the insulin or medication contaminated.
 
The cooler flask has dual lids supply double protection to lock the internal temperature to keep from cold/heat energy runaway, inner lid inbuilt high sensitive and actuate thermometer with digital display screen which makes the temperature monitoring become easier and convenient, ON/OFF switch preset and with automatic shut-down function to save battery energy, and the battery replaceable.
 
The PCMs cooler cup with long hours sustained cooling/heating pump out, light in weight and slim body compact design, is the excellent product for insulin injection pen and refill cartridges storing and carrying for outdoor activities especially for long distance travelling. 5,Applications
The insulin cooler cup is applicable to store or transport the using(opened) insulin, especially suitable for outdoor travelling insulin syringe pen storing and carrying. As the cooler cup PCMs inside transit to solid phase after fully cold energy charged, and the Cooling material well sealed in the middle layer of the cup, it can be available for fly consignment which allows for a long distance travelling by air plane
 
6,How To Use
 
1. The Flask is designed base on the high degree vacuum thermos technology, please be careful to keep from violent collision which may damage the vacuum layer
 
2.Use in hot Season
 
Three ways to charge the cold energy of the PCMs impregnated in the flask, If the flask internal temperature measured within 2℃ to 15℃(by Thermometer attached with Flask),it means the completion of cold energy charge

  • Freezer:Open lid and put the thermometer attached into the flask,leave the flask open in the freezer(-15 below) for 10-12 hours, make sure the Cooling material(PCMs) inside is fully cold energy charged(the charging time is differ from the different temperature of freezer).Use directly or place in the fridge to use after cold energy charging completed, If put in the freezer for too long time may result in supercooling(<2℃),in this case we can fill with the room temperature water(usually 20℃)into the flask. After 5-10 minutes, when the internal temperature of flask rise up to 2℃ or above, please drain of water and dry liner before using the flask, If the temperature is still below 2℃,then repeat above steps, till the temperature rise to 2℃ or above

 

  • Fridge: Leave the flask open in the fridge, empirically It takes around 30hours to get cold energy fully charged depending on the fridge temperature. It is recommended the knob gear to be adjusted to higher number(4or 5) to have the fridge temperature at 2℃.

 

  • Coldwater:while traveling, fill with cold water (about 4℃) into the flask keep the cold water in flask for 30 minutes, then drain the water inside, repeating the steps, the flask internal temperature can be kept at 18℃ for 24hours.

 
3.Use in Cold Season
 
Three ways to charge the heat energy of the PCMs impregnated in the flask, If the flask internal temperature measured within 19℃ to 25℃(by Thermometer attached with Flask),it means the completion of heat energy charge.

  • Room temperature:Leave flask open in the room with temperature higher than 19℃(but lower than 25℃) all the time and it will be ready for outdoor usage

 

  •  Hot water:put in 40℃ water to heat the flask, till the temperature of flask fall higher than 19℃ but lower than 25℃. Do not put in hot water(50℃ above) as it may damage the plastic interior wall.

4. The cooling material(PCMs) reusable with melting and freezing cycles repeating without times limitation
