Our ME-PCMs bound phase change material with high performance of stability and reliability,has been approved by SGS in compliant with RoHs directives.
ME-PCMs is the most micron-encapsulated alike among 4 of our PCMs materials,ie, The SL,HC,TX and ME,this because foremost the inorganic carrier matrix size ranging 40 μm to 200 μm, as normally size less than 1000μm would be considered as microscopic size particles And the principle both with PCMs confined by a carrier matrix or a outer shell,both of them have shape-stabilization and will not have leakage adversely on target working substance, because they are presenting no liquid phase to the ambient,even PCMs has liquid phase,they are firmed confined with their carrier matrix or shells.
The difference between bound PCMs and micron-encapsulated PCMs are listed below:
