Our ME-PCMs bound phase change material is the white powder with the composites of inorganicand organic PCMs ,The organic PCMs takes up a percentage about 60%,The particle size of theinorganic carrier matrix around from 40 μm to 200 μm at the microscopic.
This Our ME-PCMs present as white powder suitable for die casting,the ME-PCMs material is also heat pouches fillable for healthcare therapy utilization, and they can be used for logistic transportation as well
Our ME-PCMs bound phase change material actually similar to the feature of the micron-encapsulated, for example the microscopic sizes and just like the PCMs in micron-encapsulated, it is firmly bounded by the inorganic shell(inorganic carrier matrix in ME-PCMs),both of bound PCMs and Micron-encapsulated only has dry state, however our ME-PCMs couldn’t substitute to a micron-encapsulated one,yet ME-PCMs has a cost effectively in comparing with conventional micron-encapsulated PCMs.
