2, Descriptions

     PCMs being directly incorporated into a plastic (or in some application with high pressure stainless steel) spherical accommodation, the high grade HDPE plastic material is moulded to produce standard sized balls, or it can be moulded into different shapes and sizes if required.

    Inside balls, clear liquid PCMs filling and sealed by plug and then enclosed by cover to make sure safety without risk of leakage ,the phase change temperature of PCMs encapsulated is preset at 5℃,when it freezes, it release large amount energy in the form of latent heat fusion at the constantly 5 degree Celsius, Vice Versa, it absorbs the equal amount energy from the immediate environment when melting.This concept is ideal for heat storage applications such as solar, waste heat, hot water, and domestic/commercial heating tanks etc.

    PCMs Thermal Cycle Testing Method: The PCMs was tested by DSC and T-History Methods, After 60,000 Thermal cycles, The PCMs still remaining stable Phase transition temperature and latent heat storage capacity.
