2, Descriptions
Our tough fireproof cooling vest developed for using tough condition with high temperature and flaming, with 100% nomex flame-retardant material, coupled with our forefront phase change technology, our fireproof cooling vest can be use for the firefighters, welders, iron and steel smelling workers etc.
Employing a PCMs of phase transition melting point at 15 Celsius with high latent cold energy capacity, our cooling vest can manage to keep body temperature at the comfortable 18C to 20C,and keeping at the constant temperature last for 3-4hours by pumping out the stored cold energy.
Our cooling vest easy for maintenance, easy for cleaning with machine washable, they are light in weight, easy for carrying for outdoor high temperature working.
3, Principle And Instruction
Figure below shows the principle how phase change material cooling vest working:
Our cooling vest act as the heat exchanger between the heat source and our body, The PCMs attached to the cooling vest absorb heat from the heat source, block the heat energy directly transfer to our body, meanwhile it autonomously absorb the excess heat generate from our body, and deliver the cooling for our body, keeping our body at a comfortable constant temperature range.
Use Instruction
Take out the PCMs pack or Ice pack from vest’s bag
Put them into a refrigerator/Freezer for cold energy charging
Keep them in the freezer chamber for more than 30 Minutes
Take out cooling packs and insert them into bags of vest
Put on the vest and couple the Velcro tight
Adjust the properly positions for waistline and shoulder
Zip up the vest
